2/ General provisions on preferential rules of origin under Trade Agreements
– Rules of origin. Rules of transportation. Procedures for certification of origin; Regulations on submitting certificates of origin and checking certificates of origin to apply for preferential tariffs. Regulations on submitting documents certifying the origin of goods during the Covid epidemic.
3/ Update new regulations on goods origin under the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam – European Union (EVFTA) and Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam – United Kingdom (UKVFTA)
4/ Regulations on self-certification of origin according to Trade Agreements:
– Self-certification mechanism of origin under Trade Agreements. Distinguishing the new self-certification of origin mechanism in EVFTA, UKVFTA, CPTPP, ATIGA. Instructions on procedures for requesting issuance of documents approving self-certification of origin and procedures for registering seal samples and signatures of officials signing self-certification documents of origin. Instructions for declaration on self-certification documents of origin.
