On October 6, Mr. Trinh Truong Hai, Executive Director of the My Thuan 2 bridge project (Project Management Board 7), said that the My Thuan 2 bridge will be completed in mid-October. The project has a total length of more than 6 km, of which the main bridge is about 1.9 km long, designed with 6 lanes, speed of 80 km\/h.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The project started construction in February 2020, with a total investment capital of about 5,000 billion VND. According to Project Management Board 7, up to now, the project has reached more than 93% of the contract value.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Of the five construction and installation packages, up to now, four have been basically completed. As for the main package of construction of the pier body from T14-T17, the structure on the main span of the cable-stayed span… is currently more than 85% completed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“The current project progress is meeting the proposed plan. Workers are preparing the stages to complete the bridge, expected in mid-October. For some other items such as embankments to reinforce the current river bank, Construction is 50% completed,” Mr. Trinh Truong Hai added.<\/span><\/p>\n
